Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

While TDD does not currently ship products (we are a collection-only business), we do offer shipping and delivery upon special request. 

Local Pick Up (Muizenberg or Kenilworth, Cape Town). 

In-store pick-up is available on weekdays (Monday - Friday) during work hours (08:00 - 15:00).  

An email or WhatsApp will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up, and together we can decide on a date and time for you to come and collect your gift.

Usually 1-3 business days. 

Western Cape Delivery (Outside of Cape Town). 

Deliveries to areas outside of Cape Town, limited to the Western Cape, require a flat-rate delivery fee. To find out this cost, please get in touch.

Usually 3-5 business days. 

National Delivery (South Africa).

National deliveries to all areas outside of the Western Cape (rest of South Africa) require a flat-rate fee. To find out this cost, please get in touch.  

Usually 3-5 business days. 

International Delivery (Rest of World).

International deliveries require a flat-rate delivery fee. To find out this cost, please get in touch.  

Usually 5-10 business days. 


Return & Exchange Policy

TDD does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me, Tasmyn Danae, at, and attach details and pictures of the product and the defect.


Upon receipt of the returned product, I will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, I will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
