Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pick Up (Rosebank, Cape Town). 

In-store pick up is available on weekdays (Monday - Friday) during work hours (08:00 - 15:00).  

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up, and together we can decide on a date and time for you to come and collect your gift.

Usually 1-3 business days. 

Local Delivery (Cape Town). 

Hand-delivery (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) is available for free to certain areas in Cape Town. All orders in the Cape Town area will be delivered between 09:00 - 14:00. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for delivery, including the date and time that you can expect your hand-delivery.  

Usually 1-3 business days. 

Western Cape Delivery (Outside of Cape Town). 

Deliveries to areas outside of Cape Town, limited to the Western Cape, require a flat-rate delivery fee of R100 per order. An email will be sent to you with your parcel tracking information once your order has been confirmed.

Usually 3-5 business days. 

National Delivery (South Africa).

Deliveries to all areas outside of Western Cape (rest of South Africa) require a flat-rate delivery fee of R150 per order. An email will be sent to you with your parcel tracking information once your order has been confirmed.

Usually 3-5 business days. 

International Delivery (Rest of World).

International deliveries require a flat-rate delivery fee of R600 per order. An email will be sent to you with your parcel tracking information once your order has been confirmed.

Usually 5-10 business days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

TDD does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me, Tasmyn Danae, on tasmyndanae@icloud.com, and attach details and pictures of the product and the defect.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, I will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, I will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
